Class Description 6-18 years old
Adapted Dynamos - Ages 4-12
Gymnastics develops physical literacy, which encompasses both gross and fine motor skills; these are essential for athletes facing special challenges. Adapted Gymnastics helps children learn through repetition, positive reinforcement, and fun exploration. Please call the office so we can help your child develop. It is our goal to help athletes transition into our Recreational Program in a class of their peers.
Advanced Twistars Ages 6 & 7
Advanced Twistars follows the completion of Beginner Twistars program, or by invitation only. This class is for athletes seeking additional challenges. Correct technique will be worked on through body positions, strength and flexibility. This will be done in order to perform more complex skills. Advanced Twistars is a preparatory class that will help to identify athletes for our fantastic Women’s Competitive Program.
Homeschool Dynamos Ages 6 to 12
Homeschool Dynamos is a co-ed class that improves physical literacy and will introduce basic gymnastic skills. This class is an interactive and fun place where your child can attain greater strength, agility, balance and overall fitness. Lessons will progress each week to ensure your child remains challenged and motivated. Report cards will be issued twice a year and will indicate the level your athlete has achieved. School specific forms handed out by your homeschool may incur additional charges. Funding forms are available at the office or online for direct billing to your homeschool association.
Beg. Boys/Girls Dynamos - Level 1-3, Ages 6-12
Athletes will be introduced to both basic gymnastic & fundamental movement skills in a fun atmosphere. Beginner Dynamos is designed for those with little or no gymnastics experience. Progressive skill stations will develop self-confidence & discipline. Beginner Dynamos includes levels 1, 2, & 3 of our recreational program. The events used include: vault, bars, beam, floor & tramp (girls) or floor, pommels, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar & tramp (boys).
Adv. Boys/Girls Dynamos – Level 4-6, Ages 6-12
Advanced Dynamos follows the successful completion of all Beginner Dynamos levels. Advanced dynamos will apply the previously mastered basic skills & body positions & build complex skills. Progressive skill stations will allow athletes to experience challenges & success, which helps foster self-confidence. Students with prior gymnastics classes at other facilities or who can perform a straight cartwheel & a controlled handstands may register for this class. If you are unsure of your child's skill level, please call the office to book a $5 assessment.
Boys Saultos - Levels 7-10
Boys Saultos follows successful completion of the Advanced Dynamos program. Skills taught include: front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, and much more. Athletes will increase their fitness and skill level; skill technique is in constant focus. Upon completion of levels 7-10, athletes can transition into our Performance Plus Interclub Program.
Girls Saultos - Levels 7 & 8
Girls Saultos follows successful completion of Advanced Dynamos. Athletes learn complex skills, such as front and back walkovers, and more. Athletes will increase their fitness and skill level; skill technique is in constant focus. After completing levels 7 and 8, athletes can transition to our Saultos Plus program.
Girls Saultos Plus - Levels 9 & 10
Girls Saultos Plus continues advanced skill development for levels 9 & 10, while introducing mini routines to the athletes. Registration includes: a team body suit, in-house competition fee, and a year-end gala. Routines learned will be performed for parents at the in-house meet. Upon completion of level 10, athletes can join our popular Performance Plus Interclub Program.
Performance Plus Interclub – Ages 9 & up
Registration for Performance Plus Interclub is by invitation, assessment, or completion of level 10. Athletes will increase their skill level and learn routines on all events; routines are performed throughout the year. At competitions, they will receive a gold, silver, or bronze award for each event performed based on difficulty and technique. Every athlete receives a participation medal for their efforts. Program cost include team clothing and competitions. Please see Interclub policies for further information. Additional costs for choreography (girls only) will be applied.

Beginner Tramp & Tumble - Ages 6-12
This class is perfect for athletes who love the trampoline and want to learn basic tumbling skills. Athletes will start with forward rolls, handstand, cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers. Coaches will use both the floor and trampoline for progressive skill stations. Learn to tumble in a fun, safe, progressive environment!
Advanced Tumble & Tramp Ages 6-12
Advanced Tramp & Tumble builds on skills taught in Beginner Tramp & Tumble. New skills to be introduced include: handsprings, aerials, and inversions. Coaches will use progressive skill stations to ensure athletes experience challenge and success in a safe environment.
Beginner Boys/Girls Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Beginner Jr Gym is an exciting introduction to basic gymnastics for teens. Basic body shapes and skills are taught on all apparatus, where athletes can progress at their own pace. Goal setting is encouraged, and coaches will help each student attain their goal.
Advanced Girls Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Advanced Jr Gym is a continuation of our Beginner Jr Gym. Athletes will work on each apparatus, increasing the difficulty of their skill set. Athletes are encouraged to set goals which coaches will help them achieve. Athletes will be physically active in a fun, safe environment.
Girls Performance Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Performance Jr Gym is by invitation, assessment, or completion of level 8. Athletes will increase their skill level and learn routines on all events; routines are performed throughout the year. At competitions, they will receive a positive comment for each event performed. Every athlete receives a participation medal for their efforts. Program cost include a team bodysuit and competitions.
Beginner Parkour - Ages 6-9; 10-15
Come try parkour & free running in a structured setting. Athletes are introduced to basic parkour, trampoline, & tumbling skills. Skill difficulty will increase each week; progressive skill stations and spotting will allow athletes to experience challenge and success.
Advanced Parkour - Ages 10-15
Advanced Parkour is designed for athletes who have already participated in our Beginner Parkour class and want to continue their advancement. In this class athletes will work on inversions, conditioning, as well as advanced parkour movements. This is by invitation or try out only. If you are unsure of your child's skill level, please call the office to book a $5 assessment.
Gymnaestrada Skills- Ages 6+
Gymnaestrada skills is a co-ed group that combines dance, gymnastics & acrobatics while introducing mini routines to the athletes. There will be additional charges for costumes, competition fees, and workshops. Athletes must wear a bodysuit. By invitation only or tryout. Athletes must be 6 by Dec. 31, 2017.
Performance Gymnaestrada - Ages 7+
Performance Gymnaestrada is a co-ed group that combines dance, gymnastics & acrobatics. The 2017/2018 team will have the chance to perform at Provincials, Nationals as well as a variety of other events throughout the year. If the team qualifies, they will have the opportunity to travel internationally to Dornbirn, Austria in 2019. Travel with the team is MANDATORY. There will be additional charges for costumes, competition fees, and workshops. Athletes must wear a bodysuit. By invitation only or tryout. Athletes must be 7 by Dec. 31, 2017.
