Class Description 16+
Beginner Boys/Girls Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Beginner Jr Gym is an exciting introduction to basic gymnastics for teens. Basic body shapes and skills are taught on all apparatus, where athletes can progress at their own pace. Goal setting is encouraged, and coaches will help each student attain their goal.
Advanced Girls Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Advanced Jr Gym is a continuation of our Beginner Jr Gym. Athletes will work on each apparatus, increasing the difficulty of their skill set. Athletes are encouraged to set goals which coaches will help them achieve. Athletes will be physically active in a fun, safe environment.
Girls Performance Jr Gym – Ages 12-18
Performance Jr Gym is by invitation, assessment, or completion of level 8. Athletes will increase their skill level and learn routines on all events; routines are performed throughout the year. At competitions, they will receive a positive comment for each event performed. Every athlete receives a participation medal for their efforts. Program cost include a team bodysuit and competitions.
Performance Gymnaestrada - Ages 7+
Performance Gymnaestrada uses skills learned in the Gymnaestrada Skills class to create a routine that will be performed at: Provincials, Nationals, as well as other events throughout the year. If the team qualifies, athletes may perform internationally. Travel with the team is MANDATORY. Team clothing is included in the cost; additional charges for competition, workshop fees, and costume accessories will be applied. This class is combined with our Gymnaestrada Skills class for the first 1.5 hours to allow the athletes to work together week after week as a team, and learn group skills together. The last 1.5 hours will strictly be working on the group performance. Performance Gymnaestrada is by invitation or try out only.
Beginner Adult Structured Class – Co-ed - Ages 18+
The Beginner Adult Structured is an exciting introduction to basic gymnastics and is designed for athletes wanting to learn and improve on their gymnastics skills. Basic body shapes and skills are taught on all apparatus, where athletes can progress at their own pace. Goal setting is encouraged, and coaches will help each student attain their goal. This class will bring structure and is highly adaptable to all athlete levels.
Advanced Adult Structured Class – Co-ed - Ages 18+
The Advanced Adult Structured is a continuation of our beginner class or for athletes who have competed in the past at a competitive or interclub level. This class is designed for athletes wanting to increase their skill level and learn routines on all events; routines are performed throughout the year. Goal setting is encouraged, and coaches will help each student attain their goal. Additional charges will be applied for competitions.
Beginner Parkour - Ages 6-10; 10-15
Come try parkour & free running in a structured setting. Athletes are introduced to basic parkour, trampoline, & tumbling skills. Skill difficulty will increase each week; progressive skill stations and spotting will allow athletes to experience challenge and success.
Advanced Parkour - Ages 10-15
Advanced Parkour is designed for athletes who have already participated in our Beginner Parkour class and want to continue their advancement. In this class athletes will work on inversions, conditioning, as well as advanced parkour movements. This is by invitation or try out only. If you are unsure of your child's skill level, please call the office to book a $5 assessment.
